Hi, I'm a Physics grad student working with Dr. Ellen Williams. My job is basically making nanoelectronic devices, measuring their characteristics and trying to understand the underlying "Physics". I made Single-Walled Carbon Nanotube FETs, graphene(single layer graphite) FETs on SiO2 substrate (via standard e-beam) and on plastic substrate(by transfer printing). It is fun making those tiny devices while exploring the possible next-generation electronic applications. The course (ENME808H) have been very informative in helping me learn more about the mechanical aspects of flexible electronics and is very useful for my research.
